Notes

all keg hops were added to an amoeba bag but flameout hops went directly in keg by accident dry hopped at day ten with 1.5 centenial and 1.0 simcoe pellet (meant to do 1.5 simcoe) directly in keg (was expecting to coldcrash but not enough time( at day 21 keg hopped with .5 leaf simcoe and centenial respectively and 1 oz. pellet simcoe and centenial respectively in a mesh bag. Keg went into fridge to age.
