Fuckin delicious @ kegging

Notes

Lower than expected OG. Estimating 5.1% ABV (instead of 6%). Boil off rate is about 1.5 gallons for 5 gallon batch. Strike water was very good. Sparge water was too hot, and probably about 2 quarts too much. *Came out to 6.3% ABV
