Notes

Did not have 10ml Super Galena Hop Extract @ 90 minutes. So I used 1oz Galena @ 89 min. Add FO hops and cool to 160deg. Whirlpool for 20 minutes, settle for 5 minutes. Used 2ml starter and an additional vial of yeast.
