sept. 4 2013 brew day yeast was slow to start even in starter old wYeast smack pack. stick with white labs. mash was short 45 min. low efficiency68is added about 1lb of honey. put the SG 1.074 too high looking at 8-8.5% 9/10/2013 Moved to the secondary SG 1.020 7 Gal. mash water 9/17/13 1.020 some haze
