pitched 4000 ml yeast () @ 1000 pm 68 Degrees. Removed from freezer for diacytal rest for day or two on 10/19/09. Racked to 5 Gallon Corny Keg and added to Freezer @ 35 Degrees on 10/22/09. Should be ready by 11/12/2009
