Modification of this clone: https://brewdogrecipes.com/recipes/black-hammer - fast grain bed - almost full speed on pump re-circ. - pushed down a bit on bed during sparge. - had both elements on during boil for faster boil which allowed for more boil off. - SG after mash out pre sparch- 1.072 - SG after sparh (7L) - 1.058 - SG before fermenter - 1.063
