Notes

Made a 3 L starter with 2 month old yeast. Starter gravity is 1.038. Used a stir plate, estimated finish is 499 b cell. Cold crash after 2 days, pitch into a 2 L starter on a stir plate and spin. Pull off 1 pint for 100 B cell for later brewing. Pitch remain 550 b estimated cells
