Taste Notes

At Kegging. Excellent malt taste with upfront bitterness. finishes with a floral smell and taste. Cascade and Centennial did the job.

Notes

Constant hopping. Added 0.5oz of Warrior and 1oz. of Cascade for entrie 60min. boil. Added small unmeasured amounts of Warrior totaling 0.5oz from 55-35minutes of boil in 5min intervals. Added 0.5oz of Centennial and 0.5oz of Magnum is unmeasured amounts from 30 minutes into boil to flame out every 5minutes. Dry hop with 1oz Cascade and 0.5oz Centennial. Strike water 7gallons @ 172*. Maintained 156* for 60minutes in mash tun (Igloo Family 52QT. Cooler). Added 2 gallons @ 180* before lautering. No sparge.
