5 star. Subtle smoke flavor. Clean lager.

Notes

Yeast pitched 12/9/18 @ 1800. Airlock activity 12/10 @ 0600. SG 1024 12/14 @ 1600. Diacetyl rest at 61 degrees for 5.5 days. Lager 35 degrees for one week.
