Notes

Add 0.5g gypsum per gallon Mash pH 5.4 Sparge Add 1mL lactic acid *** Hit mash temp of 154F. pH was 5.69 - added 1/4 mL lactic acid to make pH 5.32 Sparge was pH 5.75 Mashed out at 164F (rest was more like 50 mins) 2.80 Gallons post boil. Boiled an extra 10 mins to adjust for lower pre-boil gravity.
