7/30/18 8:00 pm Pitched 2 Goodbelly shots Preacidified wort with .85 tbsp (12 ml?) of lactic acid. pH unknown. still reading over 4.5. 8/2/18 pH 3.36 @ 91.5 F. Transferred to fermentor 8/9/18 FG 1.014. Kegged. Added 13 to 1/4 of a Blackberry and Cherry flavoring extract.
