Toohey Old Clone V2
by AleBrosThis is as close as I can get with a Toohey Old clone. A simple grain bill with a small amount of wheat for head retention. I've put it side by side with a real Tooheys Old and their so damn close! If anyone has suggestions for improvement feel free to share some tips. Give it a go and tell me what you think.
