Taste Notes

Pretty bitter. Too bitter for Shawna, so that can be dialed back to 40 IBU or so for a more drinkable version. Colour is amazing as is the head retention and aroma. fruity and pine mingle well for the aroma

Keep grain bill as is for next batch dial back boil hop additions
