Notes

Use 1.8g gypsum and 0.9g calcium chloride for the strike water. Use the 2.1g gypsum, 1.0g calcium chloride and 13.0mL phosphoric acid for the sparge water. I should have had 23L into the fermentor but only had 18L. Some of the extra losses were from the amount of hops used and possibly also from a higher evaporation rate.
