Notes

17 pre boil 1.040 Added cheesy hops at 75 minutes. Mash: Rests at… 113f Acid Rest 10 minutes 130f Protein Rest for 25 minutes 149f Sacchrafication Rest 45 minutes 158f Sacchrafication Rest 20 minutes 168f Mash out 5 minutes Boil 75 minutes then racked to the keg. Keg sat outside from 10pm until 1pm the following day and was cooled to 106f when I moved it to the basement.
