Após a sacarificação foi fervido por 15 minutos. pH ajustado de 5.7 para 5.0 com ácido fosfórico. pH ajustado de 5.0 para 4.3 com ácido lático. 11/10/2018: 22:30 h - Inoculado 1 Kg de malte pilsen em 2 grain bags (500 g cada) 12/10/2018: 07:30 h - 4.0 pH 10:30 h - 3.8 pH 11:30 h - 3.7 pH 12:30 h - 3.6 pH 13:30 h - 3.5 pH Fervura de 30 minutos com o lúpulo.
