Taste Notes

Pitched WLP001 Did not do black grain seperate OR add baking soda. watch for acidity / harshness i would add some baking soda, its not particulalry harsh, but very roasty. possibly just reduce roasted barley to 1lb. after some aging 1/22/2016 - still very roasty
