brewed on 7/21/13 - temp was around 80 so used the fermentation chamber to cool down to pitching temps. pitched yeast 7/22/13 gravity reading - 12 brix (it's going really slow, I think I underpitched) looking for a 6.5 brix (1.010) but would settle for 7 brix (1.013) 7/31/13 - 10.5 brix 8/11/13 - 8 brix 8/13/13 - 7.5 brix - 1.016 8/14/13 - 7 brix - 1.013
