Notes

The second in my #libspill series, this one all about Julie Bishop. I pitched it onto the slurry of the previous batch, which means a lot of the pear from that one was brought into this batch. So the yeast is the same- Coopers ale yeast from a six pack of their pale ale. I threw a pack of the lactobacillus as I put the beer into the fermenter, and added the blueberries after a week.
