Taste Notes

Still not liking the MO, but a fantastic beer nonetheless! Tastes like there are Simcoe and Amarillo in there as well!

Notes

Same Mash, different boils, Cascade in one & Centennial in the other. 14gals to heat up in my kettle to 151.5F, split to 10gals in my kettle 4gals in Jeff's kettle. Mash at 148F, keep Jeff's at 170F for sparging. Started WLP041 that was washed on 02/2011, I will split this in to 2 starters after it ferments out. Done as "No Chill" left outside to cool down for 24 hours. OG 1.058 for both batches 03/27/11 - 7:30PM - Pitched yeast in to both fermenters @ 60F, hopefully they warm up a bit soon.
