Taste Notes

Body is too light . Lack of hop flavor surprising.

Notes

Hops were all lose leaf hops from Tony Sovereign - grown by Bennington, NE. 1 tsp CaCl, 2 tsp Gypsum. Mashed at 149 F for 50 minutes. Raised temp to 158 for last 15 minutes. 50 minute boil. Quick fermentation. After 4.5 days SG is 1.015. After 5.5 days SG is 1.012 and clear. After 7 days cold crashed.
