Taste Notes

Taste fucking delicious just having problems with force carbing 2 litre bottles holding carbonation when cold. took bottles out of refrigerator and forced carbed bottle seem to be holding pressure chillled and tasted beer slighty carbonated. added 30 psi to bottles and replaced in refrigerator

This recipe final gravity is after a 90 minute boil this was a 60 minute boil so the gravity was 6 points short. Had to add malt extarct Next time adjust SG to 1.060 Bottled 4/25/13
