Notes

Added 4gallons unheated water at sparge out to top of mash. Mash was at 174F and didn’t drop below 170F at top. ~27gallons at boil start and 25gallons at finish. Brix 9.5 SG 1.038 start 1.0395 finish. Batch split two ways into 1968 (5gallons) and A09 Imperial (20gallons)
