OK, I'll toot my own horn.....I fermented this exactly 3 weeks then into a keg at room temp for 3 days then into the kegerator for 6 days and it's already awesome. Mine didn't ferment down far enough and I only got to 8.4% but that's just fine.
As I can't get this beer in my area and have only had one, I can't do a side by side but even if it's not close, it's an awfully fine beer.
I did use a secondary since I did ALL the dry hops commando.
