A direct copy of Tasty's recipe taken from http://www.homebrewersassociation.org/homebrew-recipe/beer-recipe-of-the-week-janets-brown-ale/ Ferment was vigorous with a little blowoff. About a 12 hr lag. Added Centennial dry hops 2oz/carboy, July 2nd.
