Taste Notes

Magical after just a week in the bottle. Holy shit....

Notes

Flame out addition occurs and the boil volume is allowed to steep for 30 minutes prior to chilling. Actual IBUs are around 80 due to the longer steeping additions. First runnings were 1.078 (corrected to 60F.) 1.026 corrected to 60F for final runnings. This thing had more. Pre-boil 1.055 1st run of Dry hops with 1 oz Citra and 1 oz chinook - 5/7/2013. Used a medium hop bag, weighted down with marbles, tie wrapped closed(high in the neck of the back to allow free expansion of hops.) Tie wrap was tied to a 3' length of monofilament, submerged to 3/4 down, with the mono held in place by the lid. Will be removed on the 11th.
