Erstattet Styrian Goldings med East Kent Goldings Kok avtok litt halvveis pga gassmangel Stuck etter 14 dager. Cold-crash (pga sammen med juleøl som skulle cold-crashes). Stakk om og pitchet 2 pakker US05 tørt. Start på 4 grader, satte gjæringstemp på 20.
