Notes
21L Mash water
Added 6g Calcium Sulphate & 3g of Calcium Chloride
Mashed in at 66C for 30mins
Then 67C for 30mins (5-7min rise in between)
Then 10mins raise to 75C for further 10min mash out
Sparged with 3L, 2L, 2L, 2.5, 2L, 1.5 + 1L of hot water from tap… just coz
Added hops etc
Whirpooled for 1min at 100C then turned on tap - 1min to cool to 75C, let sit for 15mins
Cooled down to pitching temp, approx 10-15mins on drill to cool to 18C
Gravity is bordering on 1.065/1.066 - cant tell… too much foam
Pitched 2pkts rehydrated Safale US-05 to 16.4C wort
