Replaced Citra with El Dorado in boil. Only dry hopped 1oz of El Dorado in secondary, no Citra.

Added 500g raw honey to fermenter (mash efficiency sucked), wanted a lighter taste.

Frozen mango fruit + Passion fruit Juice


Worked REALLY well, has a sweet malty aftertaste, with subtle passionfruit flavour up front. Light acidity, not too overpowering. Might try adding slightly more mangos and removing the honey next time.
