Taste Notes

2012/10/14Tasted. KLR notes a slight bitterness at finish. We both agree this ended up more an old ale than an ImpIPA.

Notes

2012/10/14When brewing, we added hops to the mash in, in an attempt at FWH. This seems to have lowered hop utilization, and we seem to have ended up in an Olde Ale. Not unpleasant.
