Boil 90 minutes Batch size 6.0 gallons Efficiency 75% OG 1.071 FG 1.018 Mash 154 F Ferment 68 F SRM and ABV not provided Recipe provided as follows: 77.8% Domestic 2-row 11.9% Munich Malt 6% Caramunich 60 4.3% Carafa Special 16.5 g Warrior, 90 minues, 17% alpha 22 g Centennial, 20 minutes, 8% alpha 15 g Columbus, 0 minutes, 13.9% alpha 29 g Simco, dry, 12% alpha 58.5 g Centennial, dry, 10.5% alpha Yeast, use WLP-001 Add dry hops about five days into fermentation.
