Notes

Fermentação A fermentação será feita a 12ºC com o fermento M84 – Bohemian Lager da Mangrove Jack’s até a FG estabilizar. Maturação A maturação se dará por 3 semanas a 2 graus com adição de 60g de Lúpulo Saaz no dry hopping na última semana.
