Notes

Pitched yeast at 12:00 am April 16 Dry Hopped High Krausen in hop bag at 9:45 pm April 17 1 oz citra 1 oz mosaic .5 oz galaxy Checked gravity on 4/18 at 10 pm. Gravity was 1.020 (Target Gravity 1.020). Sample smelled very citrusy, greeny. Tasted hoppy with good hop flavor and not too bitter.
