Notes

Added 1.5L to mashin and 1.5L. To sparge to reduce og to target as keep over shooting. Mash temp 67 c keep mashtun pid 0.5C under target temp to get step temperature. Added 30secs of O2 to each fermenter. Set temp to 20°C for 7days. Wed 23th add 50g Azacca Sat 26th add 50g Citra Tues 29th add 60g Azacca Fri 1st June add 60g Citra Mon 4th June cold crash for 3 Days.
