Total 14.6 lbs of grain, mashed with 10.75 qt water, 9 qt at 131F, 1.75 qt at 170F to mash in at 122.5F for 30 minutes
Add 10 qt water at 188F to hit 148.5F for 30 minutes
Add remaining water to fill tun (~12 qt) at 209F to hit 169F for 15 minutes
Sparge remaining volume (5 gallons) to collect 12.25 gallons preboil
First runnings: 82F 1.056
Last runnings: 87F 1.017
Preboil: 88F 1.037
Add hop charges at 70, 20, 1 minute marks, then crash to 80F
