Notes

1.5L starter to overbuild by 130B cells and pitch 200B cells. Will need to pour off about 500-600ml to save for next brew. 4:30 PM - strike water on. 4:51 PM - strike water at 180 into mash tun. immediately at 170. MT probe and thermapen are about 1 degree different. 5 PM - mash in. at 155-156 after mash in. stirred until 154. Mash finished after stirring at about 150? Maybe 4 degree loss?? 6:10 - fly sparge starting 6:25 - 2 gallons. spar 6:35 - about 4 gallons in kettle. flame is on Mash is about 151, sparge water at 170. 7.3 probably post boil volume 30 seconds down to 155. whirlpool hops in
