Notes
Mashed 6 gallons of water temp 161 degrees when add to tun- mash for 60 minutes @ 150-151 degrees. Pulled 3.5 gallons off the mash. Batch Sparge 5 gallons @ 170 degrees let sit for 10 Minutes pulled 4.25 gallons off the Sparge
Boiled for 1 hour to bring volume down added first hop addition and boiled for 60 minutes.
