Notes

No hydrometer. Ended with 2L more than should have. Equipment was set incorrectly. Boil-off should be ~3 L/hr. Trub left in kettle should be ~1L. Must update softwar preferences when making changes to individual profiles (equipment, etc). Final gravity was 3P, about 1P too high.
