Notes

Mash: Stir the mash a good bit with a mash paddle when the burner fires up each time during the mash (3-4 times). Set the mashout temp at 173 instead of 170. For mash out, I set it at 173, when the burner kicks off I stir the crap out of it, then let it sit until the burner fires up again to get it back over 170, stir once more, and then pull the basket.
