Notes

Add 8 sleeves graham cracker to mash. Chill to 95 degrees add lacto. Add 4 cups of key lime and 4 tbsp of vanilla extract to boil. Add 2 lb lactose. Add additional key limes, graham cracker and vanilla to keg.
