yeast starter 500 billion cells ... use a dual step yeast starter - 1.6L each time. Plan yeast starter a week before brew day (1.5 day starter + 2 day cold crash decant + 1.5 day starter + 2 day cold crash decant) Lagered on 4/12. needs 3 months lagering time. Do not keg before 7/12
