Notes

5-22-15 Took a hydrometer sample FG 1.018. Pretty cloudy. Cold crashed before kegging. The flavor was really good. Color not bad. aroma, good! 6-3-17. Kegged. FG 1.018. Hydrometer sample was very good. 6-9-17. Sampled. It's getting pretty good ��. 6 days in the keg. Great color. A little bitter yet. That should mellow out after conditioning is completel.
