Notes
Added the remaining .25 oz of juniper after a taste test in 8oz of gin into secondary.
3.1.18 -gravity and taste test 1.011 taste is very complimentary beer and gin flavor
3.7.18 kegged and force carbed via blichmann quick carb. Flavor is good. Still subdued on the juniper. Will increase more next time. Otherwise very pleasing. White almost soap sudsy head that does not linger long. Perhaps add some head helping wheat or other to next batchThis Recipe Has Not Been Rated
