Notes

Mashed for 45 minutes, recirculated for 15. Filled mash tun to approx 160-170 Gallons, giving approx 1.25 qt/lb ratio. Brun'Water estimated PH at 5.7. Preboil OG 1.054, added 15LB Dextrose to boil. 1.060 Post-boil Gravity. Transferred to 10BBl Unitank.
