Por alguma razão a densidade ficou muito baixa, sendo necessário dobrar o tempo de fervura; vamos analisar posteriormente o que ocorreu; possibilidades: a) uso de 500 g de malte pilsen, no total de 4,5kg, armazenado em casa ha uns 3 meses b) uso de 600 g de malte munich 25, no total de 600 g, armazenado em casa há uns 3 meses c) moagem inadequada d) temperatura inicial de mosturação meio alta (70C-10 minutos), corrigida com adição de agua fria na caixa
