Notes

Target IBU = 35. WP Utilization = 10% for 14 IBU. Water Targets. 70 ppm calcium. 1.5 ppm magnesium. 4.5 ppm sodium. 75 ppm slufate. 70 ppm chloride. Target mash pH 5.3-5.4. Had to add 3L extra to mash b/c deadspace. Subtracted 3L from sparge water. 29L preboil. 25L post boil cool. 1L trub. ~24L into fermenter. 14.5 Plato. Measured Brewhouse efficiency 85%.
