Notes
Bottled 17/02/2018
uncapped the first 24/02 - a bomb!
nice head, pretty clear, good carbonation ( even if i aimed for a little more)
aroma - fruit yogurt , ananas, low low hop aroma.
Falvor - a good citric, tart, some pineapple, a pleasant lactic taste, grain at the end, no bitterness, crisp.
Body - low, although the complexity affect drinkability a little it's really thirst-quenching.
Overall - the best berliner i ever made, the version without mint is more clean ( aroma & flavor )This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
