Taste Notes

Funky taste, maybe phenol, could be wild partridge berry fermenting, tastes a bit like over ripe post frost partridge berries - pre carbonation

Notes

Added 500g of partridge berries and 1.6 kg of cranberries to the primary. Berrys were pasteurized at 170 f for 30+ minutes and put in veggie bags.
