Notes

12/30/17 Brew Day: - Added 4 ml of acid, checked at 10 min to show 5.29. - Added .5ml of acid at 30 min - Mashed for 15 min and hit gravity, was 3 points low after 75 min - Added .25 ml acid at start of boil - boiled off .25 gal to much - gravity was 1.057, added .25 gal to get 6 gallons and gravity dropped to 1.054 - post boil ph 5.2, added .25 ml acid, did not recheck.
