Notes

https://www.brewersfriend.com/mash-chemistry-and-brewing-water-calculator/?id=SC888GD 12/28/17: Made yeast starters for beer and second running beer. Ended up spilling the grains with drill issue. Adding 2-row up to the correct weight of grains (.9lb). I did not lose any oats or corn surgar. Beer renamed "Opps, I spilled the grains!" because of the grain issue 12/29/17: Brew day. Went well. Little low on gravity again. Had more trub than planned. Bazooka screen is more of a pain in the ass than helpful again. 12/31/17: Fermentation seems to have peaked. Keeping temperature around 68-70F. Dry hopping today. (Simcoe and Citra Hops smells are a little lacking probably because of age and not air sealing them) 1/12/18: Kegged along side the cranberry spiced cider. Over one gallon lost to hop and trub. I think I went overboard with the dry hops but it smells amazing. 1/16/18: Seems to be almost fully carbonated. Unfortunately the aroma has fallen off hard compared to what I hoped. I want to move to keg hopping at some point.
